For resorts in Platanes, Adelianos Kampos, Pigianos Kampos or Sfakaki, ask reception about the route between your room, storage area and main entrance. Give us the full property name and confirm where the scooter can charge; the postal address alone does not describe access inside a large property.
An old-town address needs a clear handover plan. Ask your accommodation where a delivery vehicle can meet you and whether there are steps between that point and your room. We can discuss the model once you share those details; a seafront location does not by itself establish a step-free route.
If you arrive through Chania or Heraklion but stay in Rethymno, request hotel delivery using the Rethymno address. Airport handover is a separate arrangement. For trips by car, compare the demountable CN200 and Mobility 210 with your vehicle dimensions and lifting arrangements.

Can reception receive my scooter before I reach Rethymno?
Ask reception whether they can accept the handover and provide their contact details. We agree the delivery window, guest instructions and collection plan with you before confirming. Do not assume an unattended delivery is included.
Does an online enquiry reserve the equipment?
No. Our team first checks your dates, the requested model and delivery details. Wait for the agreed confirmation before relying on a particular item.
